This set presents the performer with a wide palette of musical and stylistic expression. Transit Time grooves along with a decidedly rock n' roll flair as A Lingering Reflexion croons with lyrical romanticism. Only a Smoke Screen melds sultry tango with delta blues while Follow the Lieder explores the interplay of dissonance and tonality. Curse of the Oom-pahs, humorous and playful, pokes fun at the typical accompaniment guitarists must endure when performing 19th century chamber works.
